St. Clare HOA Landscape Maintenance report

December 15, 2008

Summary

We would like to thank the Board of Directors for choosing Mountain View Landscape as the preferred landscape maintenance provider.

Below is a summary of items completed, in process or scheduled currently throughout the community:

Condition:
- Pool area: Is in excellent condition and the new vines are thriving. Current patio construction does not prohibit out crews from completing daily duties. Mainline relocation was completed as of Dec 8 allowing for continued proper irrigation.
- Seasonal flowers
- Irrigation: We have adjusted the watering times along Heller, pool area as well as both slopes to accommodate cooler temperatures.
- Slopes: Plum Canon slope is doing well and is thriving in all areas with the exception of a few trees needing to be re-staked or considered for removal.
- Slopes: Maitland/Lorita: Overall condition of slope is good. Trees have responded well to deep root fertilization. Enhancement project has begun, as demo along lower portions of slope are mainly completed with irrigation repairs and correction. Please material will be planted in mass completed a few months at one time.
Currently in Process:
- Standard maintenance needs; weeding, trimming, clean up (always ongoing), fertilizing (just completed 12/10) and mowing on normal schedule.
- Rear slope on Maitland/Lorita is underway. Maintenance, clean up and removal of plants not thriving. *Please see above for detail.
To be completed:
- Continue on Maitland/Lorita slope as described above.
- Consider change out of new seasonal color at monuments.

As we continue through the community we will update of any further findings or necessary items to be completed. Again, we look forward to working with you and improving our community!!
