Board Member: Alex Woltman - Biography and Photos.
My name is Alex Woltman and I am currently the St. Clare Board of Directors HOA President. I live in our St. Clare community with my wife and our two sons, Noah and Zachary. In 2004, we relocated from our home in Tarzana, due to Santa Clarita’s excellent public school system and the family friendly environment. Of all the areas available in Santa Clarita, we choose St. Clare and we have been very happy living and working in this community. My family and I spend a lot of time hanging out in our backyard and swimming in the community pool. I love spending time with my sons whether it is playing drums, riding bikes, or cheering on their efforts in sports and music. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to coach both of their basketball teams. My family and I also really like attending the many family activities in Santa Clarita; we especially enjoy attending the concerts in the park.
I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and attended Ohio State University. In 1981, I relocated to Los Angeles to work in the music business. I worked in the music industry for 18 years as a Producer/Engineer. While working in the music industry, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license. Initially I worked as a Realtor during downtime between working on recordings. After several years, I made the switch to real estate full-time. This was a difficult, but very positive decision, as I like working as a Realtor and I have found it to be interesting and rewarding helping people sell and purchase homes.
I have felt honored to be the HOA President for the past 9 months. I care deeply about our community and I aim to bring a high level of personal integrity and commitment to this position. I will continually strive to make improvements in the community and will utilize my skills and resources for the benefit and betterment of our St. Clare neighborhood.
