• Key-Fob system has been replaced as of November, 2008.
Please discard old white key- fobs as they no longer work.
Pickup arrangements:
• Starting December 22, 2008, Key-fobs will be available at the offices of Valencia Management Group at 27644 Newhall Ranch Road, Suite 45, Valencia.
• Key-fobs must be picked up in person, as they will not be mailed.
• To pick up a key, please contact Mary O'Brien-Rene at (661) 964-1534, by e-mail to
mobrien@valenciamgmt.com or by faxing to (661) 964-1794.
• Due to financial considerations only one Key-fob will given to each homeowner.
• Beginning March 1, 2009, a lost or additional Key-fob will go back to the regular charge of $100.00.
